Legal documents
Everything governing the relationship between you and MINOMO, in plain terms. Each document states when it took effect and when it was last revised.
-
Accessibility Statement — MINOMO
MINOMO aims for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. As of October 2026 conformance is partial: public pages are substantially conformant; the app, civic services, panels and municipal pages have no complete audit yet. To report a barrier write to [email protected].
-
Community Standards — MINOMO
MINOMO's house rules define what you may publish and what you may not. If you see content that violates these rules, you can report it by email to [email protected]. If you receive a sanction, you have the right to know the reasons and to appeal — free of charge, within six months.
-
Cookie Notice — MINOMO
MINOMO sets only strictly necessary technical cookies and storage — no profiling, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics. Audience measurement is self-hosted and cookieless. Fonts are served by MINOMO; the chat assistant and Google sign-in load only when you click. No consent banner.
-
Data Processing Addendum (DPA) — MINOMO
Data processing agreement between AVi Kairos Srl and merchants using MINOMO. Governs cases in which MINOMO acts as data processor on behalf of the merchant. GDPR Article 28 compliant.
-
Delete your MINOMO account
Deleting your account from the app deactivates it at once and revokes access on all your devices. The data linked to the account is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. If you can no longer use the app, write to [email protected].
-
Exercise your GDPR rights — MINOMO
To exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent — write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
-
Privacy Policy — MINOMO
MINOMO is designed to know as little as possible. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use Google Analytics. Merchants cannot see your name, email, or phone number. This page explains, service by service, what we process, why, with whom, and for how long.
-
Refund Policy — MINOMO
The remaining balance of the wallet, not yet consumed, is always refundable on request. Services already rendered are not refundable, except as required by law. The wallet is a professional tool; the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies only residually to consumers.
-
Report content — MINOMO
Notice and Action under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). To report content you believe is illegal or violates the Community Standards, write to [email protected]. You can write in Italian, Romanian or English.
-
Service providers and subprocessors — MINOMO
Transparent versioned list of the external providers MINOMO uses: hosting, email, push notifications, artificial intelligence, maps, payments, sign-in. Category, country and legal safeguard for transfers outside the EEA. Integral part of the Privacy Policy.
-
Terms of Service — MINOMO
MINOMO is free for citizens. Merchants pay only for what they use through a prepaid wallet: no subscriptions. You are responsible for the content you publish. Merchants must provide accurate identifying information (DSA Art. 30). The City Agent is a local consultant, not a legal agent.
Appendices for civic services
Services for municipalities and citizens. They do not replace the documents above: they only describe what that specific service handles in addition.
-
Issue reporting — privacy appendix
When you report an issue, your municipality receives it but does not know who you are. We record where the problem is, not where you go. No photos. Data identifying you is deleted 12 months after the case is closed.
-
Messages from your municipality (MINOMO Alert) — privacy appendix
Your municipality can send messages and urgent alerts to your phone. You receive them because you set that city in your profile, not because we know where you are. We do not keep a list of who receives them. You can switch them off at any time.
-
Municipal pages — legal notes and privacy
Some municipalities publish a MINOMO page on their own web address, with messages, consultations and open reports. The page sets no cookies. The content belongs to the municipality; MINOMO runs the page technically. Maps load map services only when there are reports to show.
-
Public consultations — privacy appendix
Your vote is separated from your identity: we record that you took part, not what you chose. No table links the two, not even for us. Results are published only in aggregate and sealed in a verifiable way.
