Delete your MINOMO account

How to delete your MINOMO account (app developed by AVi Kairos Srl) and the associated personal data.

In short The fastest way is to delete your account directly from the app: deactivation is immediate. Alternatively, if you no longer have access to the app, you can send us the request via the form at the bottom of this page. The account stays in reversible deletion for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted or anonymised. Some data is kept only to meet legal obligations (e.g. billing records).

This page applies to citizen (consumer) accounts of the MINOMO app. To exercise the other GDPR rights (access, rectification, portability, etc.) use the GDPR rights form. For details on how we process data, see the Privacy Policy.

Method 1 — From the app recommended · immediate

If you still have access to your account, this is the fastest route: the account is deactivated instantly.

  1. Open the MINOMO app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the profile icon to open the Account screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Permanently delete account.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, type DELETE and confirm.
  5. Your account is deactivated immediately and access is revoked on all your devices.

Method 2 — Request via the web

Use this form if you have uninstalled the app or can no longer access your account. We verify your identity using the email you provide, then proceed with the deletion.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted we remove the personal data linked to your profile, including:

  • profile and credentials (name, email, photo, city, slug);
  • preferences, follows, bookmarks and settings;
  • history and conversational memory of the MINA assistant;
  • devices, sessions and access tokens (revoked on all devices);
  • personal loyalty cards and their progress.

What we keep and for how long

To meet legal obligations or to protect the service, some data is kept after deletion for the minimum periods required. At the end of each period it is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
