For the Municipality

Discover your city. All of it.

MINOMO is how residents and tourists discover what's happening in your city — events, venues, sagras (local festivals), exhibitions, markets — in a single, official channel. And how you, the Municipality, speak to all of them in real time.

The problem

Your city is alive. But no one knows.

There's an exhibition at the museum, a concert in the square, three festivals this weekend, a Thursday evening market. All true. All here, right now.

But the information lives scattered: a flyer on the wall, a Facebook post seen by five percent of the Pro Loco's followers, a page on the municipal website nobody opens, a leaflet on a café counter.

The result: residents don't know, tourists don't see, local businesses can't get their message through. The city is rich in life but starved of visibility. And the Public Administration, which should be the natural synapse connecting all of this, ends up speaking into a switched-off megaphone.

One infrastructure, three benefits

For those who live the city, for those who visit it, for those who govern it.

🏘
The resident

Knows what's happening in their neighbourhood, today.

Opens the app in the morning and sees the exhibition opening tomorrow, the Sunday market, the concert in the square tonight. Everything in one place, everything in real time, nothing to search for.

🧳
The tourist

Arrives and asks MINA where to go.

"What can I do tonight?" — MINA, MINOMO's AI, answers with three real places, a walking tour, the events that locals actually follow. Not a generic tourist guide: the voice of someone who truly lives the city.

🏛
The Municipality

Publishes, communicates, puts things in the spotlight.

Official events, civic alerts, roadworks, library, museum, festivals. In a single official channel, always up to date. Without having to develop and maintain a municipal app that no one downloads.

MINA · AI Concierge for your city

A tourist guide, without a tourist guide.

MINA knows your territory: the Municipality's official POIs, events published by the administration, Pro Loco festivals, weekly markets, venues open right now. Anyone arriving in the city can ask what to do — in Italian, in English, in many other languages.

"Not a search engine. A local who speaks your language."

Why Catanzaro

The network grows from those who believed first.

The first Italian City Agent is a seventy-four-year-old man from Calabria. He believed in this project when the platform was still broken in several places. He tried it, tested it, reported the bugs. And then he left the house: he introduced MINOMO to the merchants of Catanzaro's historic centre one by one, a handshake at a time, a coffee at a time.

Catanzaro is alive on MINOMO because someone had the patience to make it exist. From there the network grows: from the cities where one person decides it's worth starting.

Perhaps the next one is yours.

Institutional communication

When you need to speak to citizens, it doesn't go through Facebook.

Instant alerts.

Severe weather, emergencies, blackouts, evacuations. End-to-end encrypted notifications, independent of external platform algorithms — they always arrive, and they arrive immediately.

City services.

Waste collection, road closures, roadworks, school closures, transport changes. Targeting by neighbourhood or entire municipal territory, with schedulable timing.

Public events.

Library, museum, festivals, markets, extended opening hours, cultural initiatives. A single official channel that residents and tourists consult to find out what's on.

Official POI catalogue.

The Municipality is the publisher of its own Atlas: monuments, parks, museums, fountains, trails, public services. Always up to date, accessible to all, readable by AI.

Economic model

For the Municipality: zero.

We do not sell licences to Municipalities. We charge no activation fees, no subscriptions, no maintenance, hosting, training, or integration costs. Nothing, in any form.

MINOMO's economic model is sustained by optional services for private businesses that, within the platform, wish to amplify their communications beyond their natural circle of followers. For Public Administration the value is civic, not commercial.

Activation time: 2–3 weeks

Four steps, and you're live.

01 · Week 1

City Agent assignment.

A local curator is assigned to your territory. A real person, resident in or familiar with the area, already trained on the platform.

02 · Week 1–2

Import of existing POIs.

The City Agent imports the Municipality's open catalogue (sites, events, monuments, services) into your Atlas space. All data remains your property.

03 · Week 2–3

Content validation.

Municipal staff review and enrich the imported content. Photos, descriptions, opening hours, languages. Nothing automated goes live without your sign-off.

04 · Week 3

Communications training.

A half-day training session for the staff responsible for civic communications. From this point on, you publish independently. The City Agent remains available as support.

Give the city back to those who live in it

Let's start with an introductory session.

Thirty minutes on a video call. We show you MINOMO in action on a city similar to yours, you tell us about your territory, and together we work out whether it makes sense. No commitment, no quotes.

Frequently asked questions

What you'll want to know before the introductory session.

No. MINOMO is already installed by citizens for other reasons — following a restaurant, an event, a shop. When the Municipality joins MINOMO, it instantly reaches that same population, without asking them to download anything new. This is precisely what "municipal apps" have never managed to do.

Zero. No activation fee, no subscription, no maintenance or training costs. We do not sell licences to Public Administration: the value that PA brings to MINOMO is civic, not commercial, and we base the relationship on that.

Municipal staff responsible for communications — Citizen Relations Office (URP), Press Office, Culture Office — publish directly from their dedicated area, with configurable permissions and roles. The local City Agent remains as operational support and POI catalogue curator, but the official voice belongs to the Municipality.

MINOMO assigns one, or supports a local candidacy (someone from your area who wants to take on the role). During the introductory session we assess the situation in your territory together and work out which of the two paths makes more sense.
