Notice and Action form under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Report content you believe is illegal or violates Community Standards. We provide a reasoned decision per DSA Art. 17.

Have you found content on MINOMO that you believe is illegal, harmful to your rights, or in violation of our Community Standards? Submit a notice using the form below. We guarantee:

  • acknowledgement of your notice within a reasonable time;
  • a reasoned decision per DSA Art. 17 (Statement of Reasons), communicated also to any user who may be subject to a restriction;
  • the right for the reported party to submit an internal complaint (DSA Art. 20) and to refer the matter to an out-of-court dispute settlement body (DSA Art. 21);
  • priority handling of notices from trusted flaggers (Art. 22 DSA) certified by the competent Coordinator for Digital Services.

Good faith and responsibility: By submitting this form you declare, under your own responsibility, that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete. Notices that are manifestly unfounded or repeatedly abusive may result in measures under DSA Art. 23, up to and including suspension of your ability to submit new notices from your account.

Category: Choose the most appropriate category from the following:

  • Illegal or regulated goods / services
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Harassment, bullying, threats
  • Child exploitation or harm (CSAM)

Reason: Explain in detail why you believe the content is illegal or violates our rules. The more precise your reason, the faster our assessment will be. Where possible, cite the legal provision or the section of our Community Standards that you believe has been violated.

Your contact details: For content involving serious violations of the rights of minors (CSAM), you may submit the notice anonymously without providing your name. For all other categories, DSA Art. 16(2)(c) requires the name and email of the reporting party.

Declarations: You must declare:

  1. In good faith: that the information and facts contained in this notice are, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and complete (DSA Art. 16(2)(d));
