  • acknowledgement of your notice within a reasonable time;
  • a reasoned decision per DSA Art. 17 (Statement of Reasons), communicated also to any user who may be subject to a restriction;
  • the right for the reported party to submit an internal complaint (DSA Art. 20) and to refer the matter to an out-of-court dispute settlement body (DSA Art. 21);
  • priority handling of notices from trusted flaggers (art. 22 DSA) certified by the competent Coordinator for Digital Services.
