What you won’t find here
To be clear from the start, here is what MINOMO is not and will never be:
- Not a new local Instagram. There is no algorithmic feed deciding who sees what. Your notifications reach your followers, in full.
- Not a marketplace. We don’t sell your products, we don’t handle your transactions, we don’t take commission on your work.
- Not a sponsored-post agency. There is no “boost” or “promote” system. Either you have followers, or you don’t. If you want more, build your presence over time.
- Not a review service. We don’t manage public user reviews against you. Ratings exist in other ecosystems: we do direct communication.

1. Bio Page
A public, indexable, multilingual page. URL minomo.io/m/your-slug or a custom domain if you have one. You show what you want: hours, menu, photos, social, contacts, bookings. Full stop.
2. Direct push notifications
When a customer follows you from their MINOMO app, they give you permission to send them notifications. You decide when, what, and to whom. They receive it. No algorithm in between.
3. Atlas profile
An editorial card for your venue inside the MINOMO Atlas directory. SEO-optimised for Google and AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity. It stays live even if you never use the app again.
4. City Agent
A real person, on your territory, who onboards you, supports you, advises you. Not a chatbot. They have every interest in helping you grow.
Our commitments, in writing
- We don’t sell your data or your customers’ data. Ever. This is structural: our business model does not depend on selling it.
- We don’t place third-party ads between your direct messages. The channel we give you is yours, not shared with external advertisers.
- We don’t mediate your content with an opaque algorithm. When you send a notification, it arrives. Full stop.
- Visibility rules are stable. We don’t unilaterally change delivery mechanics every quarter the way advertising platforms do.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to sign up?
No. The onboarding is designed for people who have never managed a website. Enter your venue name, opening hours, a few photos: in five minutes the Bio Page is live. If you need help, the City Agent for your area can come to you in person and set it up together.

What happens if I never buy any add-ons?
Your presence on MINOMO stays free indefinitely: public Bio Page with offers, news and events, Atlas profile, dedicated City Agent, `.vcf` contact card. To send push notifications to your followers you only need a small credit in your wallet — a few cents per notification, you pay only for what you actually send. No subscription, no automatic renewal.

Can I see my followers' personal data?
No, never. MINOMO is designed this way: you see how many people follow you and you reach all of them with your messages, but you have no access to names, emails, phone numbers, or personal profiles. This is an explicit trade-off that explains the platform's success: a follower trusts you enough to follow because they know they won't end up in your database. In return, you have a direct channel that always gets through.

What happens if I leave MINOMO one day?
Your Bio Page is closed and your followers stop receiving your messages. There is no follower-list export: MINOMO does not share personal data, not even with you. You communicate with your followers for as long as you remain present and active on MINOMO — that is the pact, on both sides.

Can I use MINOMO alongside Instagram, Facebook, Google?
Absolutely. MINOMO doesn't replace social media: it's a parallel channel. You keep posting wherever you like. The difference is that on MINOMO every message genuinely reaches the people who follow you — without having to boost it. Many merchants use social media for the showcase and MINOMO for the dialogue with real customers.
