What's near you, finally visible.
Two hundred metres away someone just pulled fresh bread from the oven. A theatre starts in twenty minutes. A shop opened on Thursday. Now you know.
The problem
50 metres apart, 5,000 km of cost.
The bakery downstairs has warm bread right now. You don't know it. To tell you, the baker would have to pay for an ad on a Californian platform that decides, according to opaque rules, whether the message deserves to reach you.
This is the algorithmic toll: paying an overseas giant to be visible in your own neighbourhood. This is not the digital economy. It is tech feudalism.
MINOMO removes the toll. It is not one more marketing app: it is an act of digital secession, an infrastructure that reconnects what proximity had always held together — the merchant, the citizen, the municipality, the neighbourhood.

Four ways in
Depending on what you are looking for in the city where you live — or are passing through.
Wants to discover what is nearby without having to search.
Open the app in the morning and know who has opened, what is happening in the neighbourhood tonight, where it is worth stopping right now.
- The places you love reach out to you first
- Your favourite bar's loyalty cards live in your phone
- Know what is on tonight, not tomorrow
Wants to talk to their customers without paying the toll.
A single message reaches all your followers. Tonight's menu, tomorrow's event, the weekend offer — delivered to the right people.
- Your audience is yours, and you take it with you
- Your most loyal customers bring their friends
- You decide what to share, and when
Wants to communicate in real time with its citizens.
Roadworks on Via Roma tomorrow at 7 am: the city knows tonight. A museum extends its hours, and three neighbourhoods go to see it.
- Service alerts on the phone of people heading out the door
- Public events, libraries, museums in a single channel
- Local landmarks visible even to visitors from out of town
Wants to live the city like a local, not like a database entry.
Ask "where tonight?" and get three real places, not three lists. Festivals, markets, events that locals actually follow.
- An AI assistant that knows the real streets
- Places the navigation app doesn't know exist
- The village festival you stumble upon by chance
MINA · Concierge AI
The AI that knows your back streets, not just your maps.
General-purpose AIs know everything about the world and nothing about your block. MINA has been trained on real European POIs, verified opening hours, and venues that actually exist — not the undifferentiated web. Ask "where tonight?" and it answers with three real places. Including those that have just posted something, in real time.
"Not a search engine. A local who speaks your language."

Frequently asked questions
Everything you will want to know before installing the app.
MINOMO is a proximity digital infrastructure: it connects citizens to merchants, events and places in their city through end-to-end encrypted push notifications, with no algorithms mediating the content.
It is simultaneously: an app for citizens (PWA + native), a platform for merchants, a civic infrastructure for municipalities, and an editorial directory (Atlas) of local European places.
Yes, signing up and activating a merchant account is free. Advanced optional tools such as additional notification packages, city-wide broadcasting, discovery add-ons and loyalty cards are available as paid upgrades.
MINOMO is not a feed or a generic directory. It is a direct channel: the merchant speaks to their followers and the message arrives. The citizen receives only what they have chosen to follow, encrypted right to their phone.
No algorithm-sorted timeline, no advertising auction: just a direct notification from sender to recipient.
MINOMO is a network in continuous expansion. It grows city by city, not country by country: a city is active when it has a City Agent who looks after it and a local community that inhabits it. Expansion proceeds under the guidance of national Country Managers, one square at a time.
MINOMO is a PWA (Progressive Web App): install it from app.minomo.io with one click, straight from your browser, with no app store required. Native iOS and Android versions are coming in the next few weeks.
Yes. The network is international: you can follow merchants and events in any active city, regardless of your country of residence. The app home screen is anchored to your reference city (changeable from settings).
Yes. MINOMO push notifications are end-to-end encrypted: the content travels sealed and even we cannot read it in transit. See the article "The notification that even MINOMO cannot read" on the blog.
Yes. MINOMO Identity Shield enables one-click deletion of your data in compliance with Art.17 GDPR (right to erasure), propagated instantly to all connected partners. Verifiable from your MINOMO profile.
