MINOMO is a proximity digital infrastructure: it connects citizens to shops, professionals, creators, events and places in their city through push notifications, with no algorithms mediating the content.
It is simultaneously: an app for citizens (PWA + native), a platform for anyone with a business or an audience, a civic infrastructure for municipalities, and an editorial directory (Atlas) of local European places.
Presence is free: signing up, the Bio Page, the Atlas listing and the feed cost nothing. Push notifications to followers are pay-as-you-go, paid from the wallet based on the people reached. City-wide broadcasting, the Discovery showcase and loyalty cards are optional paid tools, on a fee.
MINOMO is not a generic directory and has no algorithmic feed: it is a direct channel. Whoever publishes speaks to their followers; the citizen receives only what they have chosen to follow.
The following feed is chronological. The “For you” suggestions are events and offers ordered by reason and proximity, with no sponsorship: no advertising auction decides what you see.
MINOMO is a network in continuous expansion. It grows city by city, not country by country: a city is active when it has a City Agent who looks after it and a local community that inhabits it. Expansion proceeds under the guidance of national Country Managers, one square at a time.

Yes. The network is international: you can follow merchants and events in any active city, regardless of your country of residence. The app home screen is anchored to your reference city (changeable from settings).
