## What MINOMO is

MINOMO is a proximity infrastructure: a single application serving citizens (consumer app), local businesses, professionals and digital creators (public page + direct channel to followers), and municipalities (civic platform). It replaces the algorithmic mediation of social platforms with a direct, encrypted channel between local actors.

The product includes:
- A consumer PWA + native app (app.minomo.io) for following local businesses, professionals, creators, events and places
- Bio Pages (public, indexable, SEO + AI-readable) for businesses, professionals and creators — map pin optional for those without premises
- Offered services listing with structured pricing (fixed / from / on request / free, per hour, session, day, project or person)
- End-to-end encrypted push notifications
- MINA — an AI concierge for local discovery and tour planning
- Loyalty cards (digital wallet, multi-merchant)
- Events with RSVP — local happenings (concerts, markets, festivals) curated by City Agents or surfaced by an AI event scanner from official sources; published as public, indexable pages with complete schema.org/Event structured data (dates with timezone, venue or online URL, organizer, performer, ticket price + currency, attendance mode), grouped into per-city event hubs in MINOMO Atlas, with an automatic lifecycle (upcoming events surface, past events are archived — no dead links)
- MINOMO Atlas: editorial directory of European local life (cities, businesses, attractions, and per-city event hubs)
- MINOMO Identity Shield (id.minomo.io): privacy-first SSO with Article 17 GDPR deletion-as-a-service propagated to all connected partners
- City Agents: human territorial curators

## Network coverage

MINOMO is a network in continuous expansion. The network grows city by city, not country by country: a city becomes active once it has a City Agent curating its territory and a local community inhabiting it. Operations currently run in multiple European countries; new cities are added as City Agents come on board.

- Free for citizens (forever)
- Free for any business, professional or creator (sign-up + Bio Page + services listing + Atlas listing + the "For You" feed to followers). To send push notifications to followers, a wallet top-up is required (priced per follower reached); no subscription
- Optional paid add-ons: extra notification packages, city-wide broadcasting, digital loyalty cards, discovery boost
- Free for municipalities (no licensing fee, no maintenance fee, no training fee)

## Architecture principles

- End-to-end encryption for push notifications (content is not readable by MINOMO servers)
- No advertising, no behavioral tracking, no third-party data sales
- Email masking and one-click GDPR Article 17 deletion (Identity Shield), propagated to all connected partners
- Editorial curation by human City Agents, not pure algorithmic ranking
- Nobody publishing on MINOMO accesses follower personal data (the trust pact that makes the channel work): you see how many people follow you and reach all of them with your messages, but have no access to names, emails, numbers or profile data

## Manifesto positioning

MINOMO is, in its own framing, an act of "digital secession" against the algorithmic mediation of local commerce — the "algorithm tax" that forces local businesses, professionals and creators to pay global platforms to reach an audience they built themselves. The slogan: **Live your city. Don't scroll through it.**

## Brand voice

Editorial, lucid, with explicit positioning. The "antagonist" is named (algorithmic feudalism, Silicon Valley intermediaries, the "algorithm tax"). The "protagonist" is whoever works or creates locally — shopkeeper, professional, digital creator — alongside the citizen, the municipal administration and the City Agent. The tone matches Italian and Romanian editorial traditions, not generic SaaS marketing.
