For professionals and practices
Word of mouth can't be scheduled. A channel can.
MINOMO is the public presence for those who sell expertise rather than products on a shelf: your rate card, your contacts, your content and a direct line to the people who follow you. No premises required, no algorithm.

What your days actually look like
Your best channel only works when you're not there. It's time you could call it yourself.
Your work sells on trust, and trust is built by talking. But where do you talk? On a social network that shows your posts to one person in twenty, unless you pay. In a directory that ranks you below whoever bought the better slot. Or through word of mouth — which works beautifully, except it happens when you are not in the room, and you can't switch it on during the Tuesday morning when your calendar is empty.
Meanwhile the people looking for you ask an AI, not a phone book. And if you don't exist somewhere public, readable and verified, that question gets answered by somebody else.
MINOMO gives you that somewhere: a page of your own with a rate card of what you do, an audience that chose to follow you, and a direct channel you open when you decide.
How it works when you sell expertise
-
No premises required
The map pin is optional. Whether you work from home, from a studio, at the client's or entirely remotely, your Bio Page stays public — contacts, hours, links and socials included. Billing details stay private and never appear on the map.
-
The rate card, with prices
Every service has a name, a description and a price: fixed, «from», on request or free, with the unit you actually use — hour, session, day, project, person. In euro or in lei, row by row. Visitors read the price in their own language and know what to expect before they write to you.
-
The «For You» feed, free forever
The offers, news and events you publish reach your followers inside the app, at no cost and with no algorithm deciding who deserves to see them. It's your everyday channel: use it as much as you like.
-
Push when it genuinely matters
A notification on someone's phone is the heavy artillery, and you only pay when you fire it: no subscription, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel if you have nothing to say for three months.
-
MINA finds you, tourists don't
When someone asks MINA for «an accountant nearby» or «a photographer for a wedding», MINOMO's AI shows your card with your contact details. But you never end up inside a tourist itinerary: a consultant is not a stop on a walking tour.
-
The badge of those who really exist
Verifying your tax registration turns on the «Verified professional» badge on your page. It's the filter that keeps out those who promise and never invoice — and the reason that mark next to your name means something to whoever reads it.
-
Your followers have no borders
People who follow you receive your content wherever they are. A client who moves city keeps seeing you; a practice working across two provinces speaks to both. Discovery is local — the relationship isn't.
The long read
The categories now open
Lawyer and law firm · Accountant and tax adviser · Notary · Labour consultant · Business consultant · Marketing and communications agency · Web and digital agency · Photographer and videographer · Technical studio and architecture · Translator and interpreter · Real estate agency · Other professional services.
There is a Digital creator category too, but people who live on content and audience need something different from those who sell professional services: we wrote them their own page, for digital creators.
The list grows over time: if your profession isn’t there yet, write to us and we’ll add it. Each one carries the synonyms people actually search with — «someone to do my tax return», «someone to rebuild my website», «a photographer for the wedding». MINA recognises them and shows your card with your contact details, rather than an address on a map you don’t need.
How verification works
At sign-up you declare what you are, fiscally: a business, a professional or an association. We verify what you declared, and once it checks out the «Verified professional» badge appears on your page and the push channel opens. You get an email when it’s done.
Nothing to upload, no extra forms: the details you already gave are enough. And in the meantime your page is already public and already working — rate card, contacts, offers, news and events wait for nobody. Only push, the one thing that lands inside people’s phones, depends on the check.
The reason is simple: a badge that verifies nothing is worth nothing, and the quality of who is inside is why being there is worth anything at all.
What MINOMO doesn’t do
Better said upfront than discovered later.
It doesn’t take a cut of your work. Clients contact you directly and your fee is between the two of you. In exchange, for now, there is no checkout either: selling directly from the page is a project, not a promise.
It doesn’t translate your copy. Your rate card stays in the language you write it in. Only prices, units and labels follow the reader’s language.
It doesn’t put you in tourist itineraries. That’s deliberate: MINA builds routes out of places worth visiting, and a notary is not a stop. It surfaces you when someone is looking for exactly you.
It doesn’t let everyone in, and that’s a deliberate choice. Online services are the natural home of those who declare themselves experts on Monday and sell a course on Tuesday: no practice, no invoice, nobody to answer for a promise that doesn’t come true. Letting everyone in would have filled MINOMO with noise and hollowed out the one thing that matters to whoever picks you: trust.
So you come in with an active, verifiable tax registration — and that’s why the «Verified professional» badge next to your name isn’t a sticker somebody bought. Someone actually checked. The door is narrower. The people inside are worth more.

What people ask us before signing up
-
I don't have an office open to the public. Can I still be on MINOMO?
Yes. The map pin is a choice, not an obligation: you can have a public Bio Page, a rate card, contacts and followers without ever appearing on the map. If you do have a studio where you receive clients, switch the pin on and they'll find you there too. Your billing details — registered address and tax details — stay private either way.
-
Do I need a registered business?
Yes, and it is a deliberate choice rather than red tape. Online services are full of self-appointed gurus who sell promises and never issue an invoice: MINOMO chose a narrower door and a badge that actually means something. You come in with a real, verifiable tax registration in your country — and that same check opens the push channel. About to register one? We will be here.
-
What does it cost?
Being present is free, with no expiry date: Bio Page, service rate card, offers, news, events, Atlas profile and the «For You» feed to your followers cost nothing. You only pay to send push notifications, as you go, from a small wallet balance. No subscription, no auto-renewal: you pay for the notifications you actually send.
-
How does verification work?
At sign-up you declare your tax registration and we check it. Once it is confirmed you get an email, the badge appears on your page and the push channel opens. Nothing to upload, no extra forms — the details you already gave are enough. Until then your page stays public and fully working: only push notifications wait.
-
Can I sell and get paid directly on MINOMO?
Not yet. Today a visitor reads your price and contacts you with one tap, by email or phone, and you see how many times each individual service was clicked — so you know what people actually want, row by row. No personal data of theirs passes through MINOMO, and nobody takes a cut of your fee. In-app requests are planned, not promised for today.
-
How is this different from a merchant profile?
Technically it isn't: same page, same followers, same push, same engine. Three settings change, for those without a shop — the optional map pin, exclusion from tourist itineraries, and professional categories with the synonyms the AI recognises. If you run both a venue and a consultancy, it's the same tool.
-
What language are my services shown in?
In the language you write them in: names and descriptions are not translated automatically. Prices, units and the page labels are, in every language MINOMO speaks. If you work with clients across countries, keep the wording simple — or repeat the row in the languages you need.
In chiusura
Your expertise already exists. What's missing is a public place where people can read what you do, what it costs and how to reach you — in front of an audience that chose you.
