Submit a request to exercise your rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. We respond within 30 days.
Use this page to exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We will respond within 30 days of receipt. For particularly complex requests we may extend by a further 60 days with a reasoned notice to you. We will verify your identity through the email you provide — it must match the email of your MINOMO account or otherwise allow the unique identification of the data subject.
How to submit a request
You can submit your request in two ways:
Use the web form at minomo.io/en/legal/data-request/ or email [email protected].
The form asks you to select the type of right you wish to exercise, provide your name and account email, and describe your request clearly.
For further details on the purposes of processing, legal bases, and our suppliers, please consult:
- Privacy Policy — who we are, what we collect, and why;
- Service providers list (versioned).
If your request concerns content published on MINOMO that you wish to report as unlawful or in breach of our rules, please use the DSA form instead.
If you want to delete your MINOMO account and associated data, use the dedicated Delete account page.
Your rights under the GDPR
You may exercise any of the following rights, free of charge, at any time:
- Access (Art. 15) — know whether we process your personal data and receive a copy.
- Rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
- Erasure / right to be forgotten (Art. 17) — request erasure of your personal data (within the limits provided by law).
- Restriction (Art. 18) — temporarily restrict processing of some data.
- Portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured format (e.g. JSON) to transfer it to another service.
- Objection (Art. 21) — object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw a consent you previously gave (e.g. marketing communications, MINA conversational memory).
What to include in your request
To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include in your request:
- The type of right you wish to exercise (from the list above);
- Your full name and the email address associated with your MINOMO account;
- Your MINOMO identifier if known (user number or slug) — optional, but speeds up verification;
- A clear description of what you are seeking. The more precise your request, the faster our response. For rectification, indicate what is incorrect and what the correct information is. For erasure, indicate whether you wish to delete your entire account or only specific data.
Before processing the request, we verify your identity to prevent disclosure to unauthorised parties. Verification is normally carried out by confirming the request from the email address associated with your account.
After your request
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Send you an acknowledgement within a reasonable time;
- Verify your identity;
- Process your request and send you a reasoned decision within 30 days (extendable by a further 60 days in cases of particular complexity, with notice and reasons).
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
- Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali
- Romania: ANSPDCP
- the supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence; the full list is at edpb.europa.eu
