In short
Some municipalities publish a MINOMO page on their own web address, with messages, consultations and open reports. The page sets no cookies. The content belongs to the municipality; MINOMO runs the page technically. Maps load map services only when there are reports to show.
This is an appendix: it applies in addition to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, not instead of them. It covers only what the municipal pages handle beyond the rest of MINOMO.
What a municipal page is
Some municipalities publish, at an address on their own web domain, a page with the communications, consultations and open reports of their city. The page is built and hosted technically by AVi Kairos Srl (MINOMO) at the request of the municipality; the content is the municipality’s. MINOMO municipal pages have been available since 4 October 2026.
The page shows, depending on what the municipality has published:
- the messages and alerts sent through MINOMO Alert, urgent ones first;
- open and closed public consultations, with the results of those that are closed (see Public consultations);
- a map of the open issue reports of the city, only if there are any (see Issue reporting);
- information: emergency numbers, useful links and civic facts, with their source;
- the name of the municipality’s responsible officer, only if the officer has chosen to show it;
- a link to the MINOMO app.
The page may carry the line “Realizzato con MINOMO” (“Made with MINOMO”). The municipality can ask us to switch it off; these notes apply to the page in either case.
A municipal page is not an emergency service. In case of immediate danger, always call 112.
What we process when you visit
The page sets no cookies.
Like any website, our servers and those of Cloudflare, Inc. — which routes the traffic and provides the security certificate for the municipality’s address — receive your IP address and browser type, and keep them in technical logs for security.
Maps. The map of reports is loaded only when the municipality has open reports to show. In that case your browser downloads the map library (Leaflet) from MINOMO’s servers and the map images from the servers of OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org), which receive your IP address and the map area you are viewing. When there are no reports to show, the page loads no third-party resources.
Personal data on the page
The page never shows the name, email or identifier of the person who sent a report: reports appear without the author. Reports are public text and a pin on the map, so please do not put personal data in them (see Issue reporting).
The name of the municipality’s responsible officer appears only if the officer chose to show it in the municipal panel, and can change that choice at any time.
Who is the controller
AVi Kairos Srl — Strada Lungă 188, Corp C2, Ap. 2, Brașov 500051, Romania — is the controller for the technical logs of the service. The municipality is a separate controller for the content it publishes and for handling what citizens send it. This is the same split as in the other civic appendices.
