Verification
For your security, we will verify your identity before processing your request.
Response Time
We will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving it. If your request is complex or we receive a large number of requests, we may extend this period by up to two additional months, in which case we will notify you.
No Fee
In most cases, you will not have to pay a fee to exercise your data protection rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
