Hello, we are Jaa Nù, and we create inclusive natural cuisine in Genoa. This means we prepare delicious vegan dishes using ancient and seasonal ingredients, catering to all curious individuals, not just those who have already embraced the vegan philosophy.

Plant-based inclusivity.
We are a vegan gastronomy that focuses on anti-speciesism rather than just veganism: every sentient being has the right to not suffer, which is why we are plant-based but also very open to everyone. We want to include, not exclude, and we do this with our hands constantly in the dough. We create variations of dishes that are gluten-free, yeast-free, macrobiotic, and raw, so everyone can choose.

WHO WE ARE
We are two pragmatic and practical women, driven by the desire to do good in the world, starting from our neighborhood. We prioritize local agricultural realities, choose suppliers based on their ethics, and are devoted to fair, just, and satisfying employment contracts.
OUR MISSION
We start with the well-being of people, the environment, and the palate. Our mission is to reclaim the Mediterranean diet of our grandparents, before refined flours and the overconsumption of simple sugars and meat.
